We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or virus-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MDJS Lottery Calendar developed by Nemesis Reward BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from missed lottery draws or tickets
  • Any damages resulting from inaccurate draw date information
  • Any damages arising from reminder notification failures

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

7. Lottery Information Disclaimer

The App is designed to help you organize and track lottery activities. However:

  • We do not provide official lottery results or draw information
  • Draw dates and times displayed may not be accurate and should be verified with official lottery sources
  • We are not affiliated with any lottery organization
  • Always verify your tickets using official lottery channels

We are not responsible for any losses, missed prizes, or damages resulting from reliance on information displayed in the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MDJS Lottery Calendar developed by Nemesis Reward and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Content

Any data you enter into the App (such as ticket numbers and draw dates) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your user content. However, by using the App, you grant us permission to process this data as necessary to provide the App's services.

11. Termination

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MDJS Lottery Calendar developed by Nemesis Reward and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

15. Governing Law

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MDJS Lottery Calendar developed by Nemesis Reward regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
